   That’s too hard to answer. It just depends on the severity of the cancer and where it is in your dog.

   Ask the vet who told you the dog had cancer. Depends on how much cancer he has, whether it has spread to other places, and type of cancer. Only your vet is going to be able to give you a prognosis.
